  • How often should I get my windows cleaned?

    Most Auckland homeowners book a clean every 3 to 6 months, depending on their property and surroundings.

    Every 6 months works well for homes in open, sunny positions with good airflow — windows stay cleaner for longer and a twice-yearly clean keeps them looking their best year-round.

    Every 3 months is worth considering if your home has a lot of indoor or outdoor plants, sits in a shaded or humid area, or is surrounded by trees. Homes like this accumulate grime, pollen, and water marks significantly faster — by the 6-month mark, the build-up is often heavy enough that a single clean takes considerably longer and costs more. More frequent cleans are actually easier and cheaper per visit.

    A quarterly schedule also means your windows are rarely looking their worst — which matters if you're in a high-traffic area, run short-term rentals, or simply take pride in how your home presents.

  • Every clean covers both interior and exterior glass — including skylights, feature windows, and solar panels.

    Interior cleaning includes a full squeegee clean of all interior glass and a wipe of the sills. Exterior cleaning uses pure deionised water to lift dust, dirt, and grime from your glass and frames, with no chemicals that could harm your garden or family.

    We also remove particle debris from all interior panes and most exterior panes as standard — something most companies charge extra for.

    We also offer shower glass restoration, spider web treatments, and comprehensive frame cleans. Ask about these when you get your quote.

    Not included: Water and chemical stain removal (limescale, hard water marks) is not part of a standard clean. If your glass has staining, mention it when booking and we'll assess it separately.
